Overview
The VTX GATEWAY Analog Gateway is an embedded device that is a standalone SIP to PSTN gateway. It converts the format of a phone call to allow it to pass between the IP network and the public telephone network. The VTX GATEWAY connects to the PSTN using 4 FXO ports. It is a great complement to any SIP based IP-PBX system that needs analog lines for failovers.

System Administration
The VTX GATEWAY has an HTML based administration UI so that it is not necessary to install any management software on a PC. The administration UI is intuitive and easy to navigate. You can access and manage the VTX GATEWAY from anywhere as long as you have access to the Internet.

Dial Plan
The system has a flexible dial plan that allows you to specify the routing of calls based on dialed patterns. This also provides you a mean to block certain outgoing numbers.

Fax Origination and Termination
The VTX GATEWAY supports fax over the analog FXO ports. This can be with fax pass through or with T.38 fax which is supported by most IP PBXs.

Real Time Logs
The administration UI provides various real time information and statistics of the VTX GATEWAY. These include Call State log, Resource Information, SIP Message log, Error log, and Startup log. These real time logs enable you to monitor your gateway at anytime and debug any problems quickly.
