Payment Center
VoIPTREX LLC utilizes real-time prepaid billing. Payments are accepted via the following methods:
Credit
Card.
Customers may make payments to their account at any time using Visa or
Mastercard by faxing over the Credit Card Auth Form. Your CC will be billed Annually,
Quarterly or Semi Yearly. Credit card payments are posted immediately. The minimum
per credit card payment is $20.
Wire
transfer.
For wire transfer instructions, please email customercare@voiptrex.com.
Wire transfers are posted to the VoIPTREX LLC account once received, during VoIPTREX
accounting normal business hours, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Pacific, excluding holidays.
The minimum per wire transfer is $1000.
